ESF instructors are trained to welcome ski enthusiasts of all ages: children from 3 years old, adolescents and adults, whether for leisure or competition.

In skiing or snowboarding, you will benefit from lessons adapted to your level, whether you have never skied or want to try off-piste practice.

The center also offers tandem skiing, which will allow the elderly, people with disabilities and non-skiers to fully enjoy skiing!

The group ski lessons take place over 6 days and are organized by levels, which will allow you to benefit from sessions adapted to your progress objective.

If you already have a good level of skiingand you want to approach the mountain in a different way, embark on a freeride adventure! It’s an opportunity to discover other skiing techniques while having fun and getting your fill of sensations in a friendly atmosphere.

The center also offers new school ski services, as well as competitions that will allow you to measure yourself against the clock!

Take advantage of Snowboard courses in Saint Gervais, and embark on an adventure adapted to your level.

The snowboard will allow you to move freely on the slopes of the village resort. You will have the opportunity to start snowboarding, but also to improve your skills if you already have a little technical background.

The instructors are true snowsports specialists and will allow you to get started in Freeride. You will learn how to make jumps, go over moguls, move around in a snow park...

For this, the ESf organizes freeride courses. Dare to experience thrills in snowboarding and push your limits.

If you wish, you can hire an instructor for a private lesson, or why not for a day of discovery of the area on snowboard. It’s an opportunity to ride with friends or family.
