Parrot World

On the road to Disneyland and only half an hour from Paris, stop off at Parrot World! Transporting you into animmersive universe, our animal park is a true refuge for South American species, which we invite you to meet in an exceptional setting. No need to travel to Guyana to meet a macaw, or to Argentina to observe llamas: we promise you a change of scenery!

Our zoological park is home to more than 120 species, living in semi-freedom in spaces reconstituting their natural habitat. Coming from the four corners of South America, they are divided into two sections:

• The Amazon: under the canopy, go and meet the most hypnotizing animals! While jaguars wave among the bushes, giant otters look at you mischievously from their river and parrots enjoy following you from the branches. Immerse yourself in dazzlingly colorful settings and embark on an exotic adventure, discovering the biodiversity treasures of the Amazon rainforest.

• Patagonia: this dry region in the south of the continent is home to pink flamingos, penguins, but also rheas, intriguing cousins of ostriches. An odyssey literally transporting you to the other side of the world, into contact with flamboyant species!

We have many activities and workshops accessible to children: the youngest will be able to learn about the species of insects that inhabit the continent, or even tame their new friends, the alpacas. The zoological park aims to recreate a nature reserve, in which the traveler is a guest in animal land, and not the other way around. We highly recommend the largest aviary in Europe, with its 200 species of parrots and macaws and which gave its name to the park!

Parrot World is above all a species conservation objective. Inspired by the Parrot Wildlife Foundation, our haven of peace aims to raise awareness through wonder about the preservation of South American biodiversity and the dangers of Amazonian deforestation. Our park is a member of the EAZA network, the European Association of Zoos and Aquariums, which works for preservation.
