Hydrospeed, also called Whitewater Swimming, consists of going down a river without a boat, and equipped with relatively simple specialized equipment:

• A life jacket
• A helmet
• Fins
• A float

A suit to protect yourself from possible blows

They will offer you the opportunity to take lessons, alone or in a group, for one or more hydrospeed sessions.

Then, it will be up to you to head out into the river and take advantage of the natural elements such as currents, rapids, rocks or the calmest passages in order to move forward in your progress.

You choose to rent the equipment for half a day, or for a full day, and manage your pace on the courses, which are accessible to everyone.
