It is in the heart of the Dordogne department that we invite you to take a magnificent flight in a hot air balloon which will give you stars in your eyes. It is a prestige flight that takes place at dawn in order to discover the first rays of sunshine as well as the magnificent Périgourdin landscapes that surround you.
Indeed, on the day of the activity, an hour and a half before sunrise, you meet the monitor and balloon pilot at the municipality of Hautefort, in front of his office of tourism. You will be welcomed there and briefed on the activity, so that you are informed about the progress of your flight, as well as the safety rules to follow. You also attend the preparation of the balloon, before being able to board the basket.
Half an hour before sunrise, the balloonist will take off with a rapid ascent of 2.5 m per second, up to a height of 1000 to 1500 m. Here you will be able to see the sunrise, before the hot air balloon descends to a height of 150m to catch a second glimpse of the sunrise. In the meantime, you will taste croissants provided by our balloonist on board.
The flight then continues for at least an hour. You will feel a mix of emotions and an unparalleled sense of freedom. Landing will take place in a flat space. When you arrive on dry land, you will be able to taste local products with a glass of champagne; the perfect opportunity to debrief.
At the end, our instructor will provide you with a certificate of ascent, to keep the memory of this magnificent experience, then you will reach the place of departure aboard our 4×4 vehicle.

- You should wear comfortable clothes, closed shoes and a hat or cap to protect your head from the heat of the burner.

- The prestige flight lasts two years. However, an average of three hours on site should be planned.
- Immediately after booking your prestige flight, you must contact your instructor to agree on a schedule. However, you must be there one and a half hours before sunrise.
