Caving trip in the Siech cave 3 hours

The Siech Cave is located in Saurat, in the Ariège department. The town is located in the Ariégeois Pyrenees regional natural park. The meeting place is located in Tarascon-sur-Ariège, a town overlooked by numerous limestone cliffs.

Once you arrive at the starting point, you will be welcomed by your guide with whom you will get to know. He will explain the half-day program to you and will then give you your equipment. Access to this cave does not require any approach steps! The exploration of the cavewill last approximately 2 hours.

During these 2 hours, you will progress over approximately 6 kilometers along which you will discover an impressive underground world: meanders, concretion rooms, playful passages.. You will benefit from explanations from our guide to the places you will pass through. In addition, throughout your progress, your guide will take photos and you can collect them later without having to pay extra.

Please note:

• The minimum age for this cave is 8 years old.
• The maximum weight for this activity is 115 kilos.
• It is necessary to come with clothing covering the entire body and closed shoes as well as a change of clothing and sneakers.
• For your comfort, please bring a snack and water.
