Our team of enthusiasts invites you to discover the underground world, its surprises and its wonders strong>. The 6th continent remains one of the virgin areas of our vast planet such as the oceans or the space, however these cavities are much more accessible (although a large number still remain unknown or unexplored).

In order to allow everyone to introduce themselves to the underground adventure, we offer a simple and without difficulty route. It is ideal for a first visit to the caves and will allow you to enjoy this moment with the whole family since children are also welcome at from 6 years old. Not exceeding 155 kg is also essential to participate in this hike. Throughout half a day, you will be immersed in the mysterious Hermitage Cave in order to unravel its secrets in the company of your guide.

During your escapade in this cavern, you will have the chance to perform 2 rope descents of 4 and 5 meters. You will perform handrail passages, small ladder climbs, fun passages and opposition games. You will be able to familiarize yourself with the discipline of climbing and visit large rooms that are absolutely magnificent. You will discover an incredible spectacle between stalagmites, stalactites and draperies.

In order to ensure your safety and yourcomfort throughout your underground hike, we will provide you with all the necessary equipment, adapted to current standards. For your part, we only ask that you bring pants, a t-shirt, a long-sleeved sweater and closed shoes such as sneakers or hiking shoes.

If you have long hair, don't forget your elastic and if you wear glasses, bring a cord to hold them in place. Also remember to take 1 liter of water and something to snack on. Finally, bring spare clothes for the end of the activity.

The Hermitage Cave is located in the heart of the Gorges de Galamus, we will reach it on foot via a small approach step of 10 minutes.
