This one is quite simple as a descent, accessible to everyone, young and old. It makes you sail on the Vézère and makes you admire the beauty of nature that envelops the Vézère Valley. A 9 km course awaits you, which is equivalent to 1h30 up to 2 hours of navigation. From the river, he will show you around the Château de Marzac. Located in Tursac, this one is a must in the valley. You will be able to see it and admire it easily, because it overlooks the Vézère at an altitude of up to about 60 m.
You will also be able to discover la Madeleine, this village rich in culture and history that you will discover. You will pass through the Grotte du Grand Roc, then the Archaeological Site of Laugerie, to reach our leisure center in Les Eyzies at the end. Moreover, this will be both the point of departure and return.
Procedure:
You will go to the town of Eyzies-de-Tayac-Sireuil, where you will find our leisure centre. The latter is an hour's drive from Périgueux, but also from Brive-la-Gaillarde. Once you arrive, the monitors will take care of you instantly. You will therefore have a briefing explaining the route and the safety measures, then you will choose your boat.
Depending on your reservation, we have single or two-seater kayaks. Also. There are two types of kayaks, those that are open and those that are closed covering your legs. You will then be given the rest of the equipment so that you can finally take the shuttle bus that will take you to the starting point. Once the 9 km have been covered, you will hand over the equipment to the instructors while telling them about your adventure.

Your excursion will begin at Roque Saint-Christophe, known for its famous cave, carved by prehistoric men, then converted into a fort during the Middle Ages on the cliff itself.
