Do you want to stand on your own two feet? The Accompanied Progression in Fall Course (PAC) is therefore made for you!
The objectives of this method of learning skydiving are the acquisition of a stable fall position and the mastery of correctly opening the parachute at the right height.

The objectives of this method of learning skydiving are the acquisition of a stable fall position and the mastery of correctly opening the parachute at the right height.
On the program for this Accompanied Progression in Fall (PAC) course:
- The first day is devoted to theoretical lessons.
- The following day will be dedicated to your first parachute jump! 1 minute of free fall at an altitude of 4000 meters and in the company of your 2 instructors.
- During the following days you will perform 2 or 3 jumps per day and you will learn the different parachute folding techniques.
- All your jumps will be filmed for effective debriefings and to keep an unforgettable trace of your training.
- Allow 1 week from Monday to Friday.
- Minimum age: 15 years. Parental authorization required for minors.
- Medical certificate from an FFP approved doctor.
- Low-cut sportswear and shoes recommended.
- No scuba diving in the previous 48 hours.
- Maximum weight: 90 kg.
What does the activity include
- Theoretical training.
- 6 jumps with instructors and 2 solo jumps (8 jumps in total).
- Insurance for 15 days.
- Equipment rental (suit + parachute + altimeter + helmet + radio).
- Land passage map.
- Parachute folding course.
- Jump log.
- Video of your jumps.
How long the activity lasts
- Allow one week from Monday to Friday for this PAC course.
When your activity starts and finishes
- Allow a week from Monday to Friday.
