We will start this day with a theoretical training, this step is crucial so that you learn all the basics and important notions concerning this practice. We will review how the parachute works, the correct posture to adopt, landing gestures, as well as all the information relevant to your safety. Don't worry, our instructor has years of experience in freefall and will be able to give you the best advice to make this first experience a moment of pure pleasure.

Once equipped and after a demonstration on the ground, you are finally ready for the moment you have been waiting for! You will leave on board the plane accompanied by your instructor who will supervise you throughout the activity. Once the ideal altitude has been reached, the doors will open and it will be time to take the big step! In total autonomy, you will jump from the plane, closely followed by your instructor who will ensure that everything goes as planned. At this precise moment, nothing matters anymore, you leave all the little hassles of everyday life behind you, one feeling dominates: freedom.
