You will have the choice between several possibilities of descents on the Cure:

• Holy Father - Asquins: A short half-hour walk, ideal for discovering the activity or integrating it into a day of adventure

• Malassis - Saint Père: 2 hours of descent await you in the magnificent landscapes of Burgundy over 8 kilometers

• Malassis - Sermizelles: discover 18 kilometers of descent, approximately 4h30 of course accessible to all

If you are in good physical condition and are over 12 years old, you can participate in this thrilling activity.

Hydrospeedis practiced with afoam float,fins, a helmet, a wetsuit and a vest. This equipment will allow you to dive into the heart of the river, and to follow the routes on the Chalaux or the Cure depending on the dam releases.

AB Loisirs Parcours Aventure takes you to Avallon for an experience at heights at the Parc Aventure des Chatelaines.

In the heart of a century-old oak forest, you will have the opportunity to embark on adventure trails with more than 70 workshops that you will have to complete.

The courses can be placed more than 15 meters from the ground. Enough to thrill thrill-seekers.

Several formulas are available:
