The Bureau des Guides Aussois presents guides specialized in the practice of canyoning in the heart of the torrents of the Maurienne!
If you know how to swim, you can practice canyoning in complete safety, on different sites depending on your level. If you have never practiced, you can try a half-day introductory canyon such as the Boyat Canyon or the Ecot Canyon.
If you have already experienced the magic of canyoning, and you want to discover a slightly more technical phase, while remaining fun and accessible, you will have the possibility of going on a day trip to the Grenant canyon, but also in thePont du Diable canyon, theVal Fréjus canyon, or go directly to Italy in theCaprie canyon.
These will allow you to enjoy small reminders, and to play Indiana Jones in these natural playgrounds.
Children or novices will also be able to enjoy quieter water hikes, in the translucent waters of the mountain.

The region benefits from severalvia ferratas, notably inHaute Maurienne. The center will offer itineraries suitable for everyone depending on your level, knowing that the easiest via ferratas are accessible from 5 years old. Some routes are really technical and give you some scares on the walls of the region.
You will be able to take part in the network ofvia ferrata du Diable,and enjoy yourself in complete safety, under the supervision of high mountain guides. The routes are steep and aerial. They will surprise even lovers of heights, and are not recommended for people prone to vertigo.
On the Via Ferrata, you will find various fun workshops, suspended above the void and anchored on the walls of the Savoyard cliffs: bridges, bars, ladders, footbridges… cross the landscapes and experience the magic of the mountain in 3 dimensions!
