If you can swim, you can practice canyoning in complete safety, on different sites depending on your level. If you have never practiced, you can embark on a half-day initiation canyon such as the Boyat canyon or the Ecot canyon.

If you have already experienced the magic of canyoning, and you want to discover a slightly more technical phase, while remaining fun and accessible, you will have the possibility of going on a day trip on the canyon of Grenant, but also in the Pont du Diable canyon , the canyon of Val Fréjus , or go directly to Italy in the canyon of Caprie.

Benefit from professional support to enjoy climbing in the heart of Savoy . The center invites you to discover and practice climbing in:

• Climbing school : The climbing school gives beginners the opportunity to engage in the activity directly in the natural environment. At Le Bourget, Sollières, Valloire or Aussois for example, discover discovery sessions for children from 5 years old, teenagers as well as adults!
• Cliff climbing : from initiation to improvement, improve your technical level on the various cliffs of Savoie at Le Bourget, in Valloire, but also on the spur of Sparrowhawks or the famous Dent du Monolith.
• High Mountain Climbing : If you like mountain landscapes, try climbing according to your level from 4C. You will start on the Pointe de Léché, on the Aiguille Noire, or more difficult on the Pointe de la Fourche or Grand Chatelard for example.

The region benefits from several via ferrata , notably in Haute Maurienne . The center will offer you itineraries adapted to all according to your level, knowing that the easiest via ferrata are accessible from 5 years old. Some routes are really technical and leave you with some scares on the walls of the region.

You can join the Via Ferrata du Diable network, and indulge yourself in complete safety, under the supervision of mountain guides. The courses are steep and airy. They will surprise even lovers of heights, and are not recommended for people prone to vertigo.

On the Via Ferrata , you will find various fun workshops, suspended above the void and anchored on the walls of the Savoyard cliffs: bridges, bars, ladders, footbridges ... cross the landscapes and experience the magic of the mountain in 3 dimensions!

The Bureau des Guides Aussois VTT takes you on a mountain bike ride in the heart of the Maurienne region.
