Escape and vertical climbing takes you to different climbing sites in Languedoc Roussillon.

Whatever your level, you will benefit from the advice of a climbing professional who will lead you towards progression adapted to your pace. You will have the choice between several climbing services (from 8 years old):

• Half-day: introduction to climbing on a school site. You will learn the basics of rope techniques (rappelling, belaying and roping)

• By the day: For those who wish to extend the adventure, a day version of the initiation is available. Enough to perfect your learning to climb

• Bouldering: Experience total freedom with low-height bouldering. No ropes, but a Crash Pad and a professional supervisor to ensure your safety.

Learning cycles will also allow you to approach autonomy on cliffs. In a week or more, you will discover the different techniques that will make you an experienced climber! Releases outside July - August.

Outside of the July-August period, the professionals at Evasion and Verticales give you the opportunity to go hiking in the surroundings of Frontignan in the heart of Hérault.

The hikes can be organized for the duration of your choice, ranging from a simple half-day stroll to a real adventure over a weekend. Of course, the level of the outings is adapted to that of the participants. Young and old will be able to enjoy the exceptional landscapes of the region and recharge their batteries in the heart of nature.

The professionals will guide you to the most beautiful areas of the region. You will discover the wonderful landscapes, by the sea or in the woods, on the country trails or through the villages. Far from extreme practice, you set off for an original discovery of the region in the relaxation and tranquility of nature. You can embark on hiking in the company of your loved ones or with your friends for an original day or weekend in Hérault!

Archery is for all ages, accessible from the age of 6. The big strong point of Escape and verticals is that they come to your home to set up their installations and make you enjoy archery without constraint.

Ideal for sports centers, village festivals, business seminars or leisure centers.

Their professionals take care of everything, paying particular attention to the security of the site, participants and third parties, as well as supervision.

Warming up, first targets, they will advise you on the ideal posture to gain precision during your first archery shots, and will help you to improve. Fun games may also be offered to you.
The archery structures are also itinerant. Professionals can take it to your place of celebration, to your community celebrations or to a leisure center for example!
