On the program: slides, abseiling and optional jumps in Haute Dourbie, in Tapoul, or in the famous Tarn gorges!

• Caving: explore the numerous limestone cavities of the Grands Causses with our guide! Its Regional Natural Park, rich in caves and sinkholes, is ideal for caving and has many underground surprises in store for you. Our discovery or sports course adapts to the level of adventurers of the depths.

• climbing: come and try the big route near Millau, on the sides of the most beautiful cliffs in Aveyron! Made up of multiple segments forming a relay, the long route allows you to climb sensationally high peaks during a sporty route offering an exceptional panorama, overlooking the Tarn gorges.

• The via ferrata: at the intersection of climbing and hiking, our youngest offers family itineraries, ideal to share with your loved ones! On several sites spread between Lozère and Aveyron, our team has prepared different hikes on the rock, during which you can contemplate the Millau viaduct, the Larzac region or even the Dourbie gorges .

The Grands Causses Regional Natural Park is full of limestone soils dotted with cavities and underground rivers… how about exploring them during a caving outing? Millau Activities welcomes you to the eponymous town, in the heart of the region, and offers you various caving activities in Aveyron and Lozère.

Our playground is known for its ease of access and its adaptability to all types of courses. The region's caves, also called sinkholes when they refer to chasms dug into the limestone, are relatively shallow and can lend themselves to different levels of exploration. Our team ofapproved instructors offers you two types of outings from Millau:

• The discovery outing: very fun, this promises a scientific exploration, discovering the stalactites and stalagmites of our caves! Its horizontal route is devoid of portions where it is necessary to climb. The route is therefore perfectly suitable for little ones, who will be delighted to explore the cavities like archaeologists! Don't worry, wonder is also guaranteed for older children...

• The sports outing: from 12 years old, this offers a slightly more technical route, which offers abseiling with ropes and height differences overlooking underground waterways. Do not panic ! The activity remains perfectly suited to beginners and our guide will be able to get you started and reassure you. You will dive into the heart of the region's secret caves for an adventure full of sensations...

The via ferrata: what is it? Imported from the Austrian and Italian Alps where it was originally used as a means of military travel, it is a hybrid between hiking and climbing. Built as a route on the rock wall, it offers you a set of footbridges, cables, holds and thrilling zip lines!

The Cévennes and Grands Causses Natural Parks are the flagship spots for via ferrata in the south of France. The limestone cliffs and rock walls of the Massif Central lend themselves perfectly to the construction of fun and varied itineraries.

• Our beginner routes: in Rousses, La Canourgue or Boffi, our state-certified guides will take you along a path of discovery. All our via ferrata in the region are made up of both more technical sections and zip lines to maximize the thrills! Ideal for an introductory outing with family or friends.

• Our intermediate routes: near the village of Liaucous, come and try one of the most breathtaking via ferrata in Aveyron! On the program, a hike leading you to the top of the Tarn gorges, with the famous Peyrelade castle on the horizon. The modular route can be adapted to beginners as well as fans of the greatest challenges: in particular, our red slope will certainly challenge even the most seasoned climbers!

The diversity of our routes and their adaptability make them perfect for different types of outings. In particular, all our sites are made up of equipment forming several slopes, from green to red, allowing you to taste the adrenaline only if you wish.
