Saint-Lys Olympique is an associative club organizing sporting and relaxation outings in relation to the world of mountain hikingand Alpine skiing!

The Ski and Mountain section offers you all year round:

• Alpine Skiing activity supervised by volunteer FFS instructors: Sunday outings, weekends, courses…
• Hiking for everyone: Hiking outings without great difficulty that are suitable for children and adults alike!

Since the 70s, the life of the club has been driven by passionate and professional volunteers who will take you on the most beautiful hikes or ski outings in the heart of Haute Garonne and the region. The association is affiliated with the French Ski Federation and the French Hiking Federation and will offer you 100% relaxing activities in complete safety. Saint-Lys Olympique awaits you!

The Saint-Lys Olympique Ski association is affiliated with the French Ski Federationand offers you numerous 100% ski outings in the company of volunteer instructors.

The center takes you to the most beautiful resorts in the region to descent the powder in Guzet, Val Louron, Barèges... Saint Lys has the advantage of being located between a dozen resorts quickly accessible by bus.

Outings are organized in advance and are carried out depending on weather conditions. They are accessible to all, and children's ski outings are also set up during snow sports courses that they can tackle alone from 10 years old, and in the company of a responsible adult from 8 years. This is the opportunity to learn alpine skiing in a friendly atmosphere and in the company of professional instructors!

When the snow melts and discovers the mountains, the association's enthusiasts set off for hikes in the region's reliefs, to encounter mountain trails and lakes.

The qualified instructors and volunteers from Saint-Lys Olympique will take you onhikes adapted to all participants, whatever their level. Their goal is to share their passion for trekking with everyone. The outings are pre-planned between the month of October and the month of April across hills and hills, and take place in a good-natured atmosphere!

Hiking outings over several days are organized on an ad hoc basis, with accommodation in a lodge or refuge, meetings and relaxation. The members arrange transport among themselves and leave for the summits in complete peace of mind.
