USR Montagne is a 1901 law association which offers you the opportunity to participate in mountain sports in the company of enthusiasts!

Their goal ? Allow as many people as possible to enjoy mountain physical and sporting activities in the best possible conditions.

Indeed, they will allow you to discover the activities if you are a novice, and to practice if you already have a little experience in:

• Hiking
• Snowshoe hiking
• Outdoor climbing
• Climbing wall
• Ski touring

They organize outings regularly, and supervise you while always focusing on safety and risk assessment.

USR Montagne Ski takes you on ski hikes in the heart of the mountain!

Leave the usual slopes full of tourists and escape into the calm of the mountains in the company of professional guides on ski tours.

ski touringis also called ski mountaineering, since you have to face more or less significant elevation changes depending on your level.

Indeed, professionals allow you to embark onski touring outings:

• Easy: if you are a beginner, you go with a guide on outings of approximately 800 meters of altitude difference.
• Average: Discover the pleasure of practicingski mountaineeringif you already have a little experience in the subject in hikes of less than 1200 meters of altitude difference
• Difficult: exceptional ski tours for experienced hikers.

The ski touring guarantees you a total change of scenery, in harmony with nature!

USR Montagne Ski, escape in small groups into the purity of the mountain.

USR Montagne Snowshoes takes you into snowy landscapes in the company of an experienced guide.

The association offers you the opportunity to go on a snowshoe hike, with an introduction to the use of safety equipment if you have never done the activity.

They offer snowshoe hiking training, so that you become a real pro for leisureor professional training.

You will progress through the white mountain landscapes on routes adapted to your level. There will be something for everyone !

This activity is accessible to everyone, and USR Montagne Snowshoes trains you and welcomes you whatever your initial level.

USR Montagne Randonnée takes you to discover the mountains.

Mountain initiators with great experience offer you outings adapted to your level.

Whether you have never gone hiking, or you are a strong walker, you will have the opportunity to explore the magical panoramas of the mountain in small groups of different levels.

They have level routes:

• Easy: ideal for beginners, thesehikes are mainly based on the environment and include a difference in altitude of 500 to 600 meters
• Medium: For people wishing to progress, or those who have a little experience. The height difference is approximately 1,000 meters.
• Difficult: 1500 meters of altitude difference, this type of hikeis reserved for people in very good physical condition, and for accustomed to hiking.

These outings can be done for the day, or over several days in bivouacs and in refuges.

USR Montagne Randonnée, the passion for the mountains!

USR Montagne Climbing Wall offers you to discover and improve your skills in the climbing activity on artificial structures.

The association welcomes both beginners and experienced climbers, whether for leisure or competition.

They offer you two artificial climbing structures: that of Ramonville and that of Castanet. Free slots are also provided for adults who wish to practice climbing during the week.

For your first lessons, the club will be able to lend you the equipment you need.

Don't hesitate to discover climbing in the company of professionals who will be able to advise you and help you progress at your own pace.

Children are welcome in the activity!
