• The activity of river kayaking will give you the leisure of a 2.5 hour descent.

• The sea kayak allows you two types of trips: from 1 hour to 2.5 hours depending on your desires. Note, however, that children can begin in sea kayaking from the age of 10.

• Cata Beginner: From 10 years old. An instructor allows them to learn to steer a more powerful catamaran.
• Cata perf: This advanced course will allow you to learn everything there is to know about handling a catamaran. This specific course is accessible from the age of 10.
• Cata sport: From the age of 14, you learn to push your catamaran to gain maximum speed. This course is based on the search for sensations above all!

The nautical center offers you a brand new activity, straight from Hawaii: paddle surfing. Standing on a board and equipped with a paddle, you move independently and peacefully on the waters of the Channel.

The association offers rental paddle surf equipment, as well as group lessons if you wish.

Themed paddle surf outings have also been organized. In particular, you will have the opportunity to test: their wave outings, the outing at sunset... all in the most beautiful places in the region. Take a stroll in the Havre de Regneville or La Vanlée! Paddle surfing is a huge success among outdoor and relaxation enthusiasts. Depending on the service you want, you can enjoy a more or less sporty outing.

The association will take you to practice sand yachting on a quiet and calm beach, which provides the best conditions for this activity. They will also provide you with quality equipment.

You will have the opportunity to learn sand yachting with family or friends. Children can come and discover the activity from 8 years old. School groups and businesses are also welcome aboard these single or two-seater tanks.

Learning to sand yacht takes place on a marked course, in the company of experienced professionals.

Classes last 2 hours and are accessible all year round. Sand yachting tripsare also organized out of season.
