The Douarnenez Nautical Center invites you to meet the sea!

Discover the different nautical activities and services possible with the nautical center. Professionals are at your service, whatever your age and level, to support you in a 100% enjoyable activity. Children are welcomed from 4 years old. On site, you will find many water activities such as:

For groups, accommodation will be offered if you wish. The center also offers a wide choice of activities and stays for sea classes.

Centre Nautique de Douarnenez Surf invites you to come and discover the practice of surfing on the beaches of Finistère!

The surf courses are open to anyone, adults and children aged 12 and over. The nautical center provides you with all the necessary equipment to practice according to your level:

• Beginner: foam boards ideal for discovering the basics in complete safety.
• Improvement: progress in surfing by practicing on rigid boards

Isothermal suits are also provided, and the center's qualified instructors will take you to spots adapted to your level. The courses are organized in small groups (8 people maximum), so that everyone learns in the best possible conditions.

Children are welcome on the sea adventure from the age of 4. Qualified instructors welcome young and old insailing coursesadapted to their age and level:

• Children 4 – 8 years old: from the Beach Garden, through the sea garden and the Moussaillon area, children will discover the world of the sea from water games to real navigation on Optimist.
• Children 8 – 14 years old: Introduction and improvement on Optimist or Catamaran New Cat 12
• Young people and adults: Sailing courses on a dinghy or catamaran, from initiation to theoretical and practical improvement

Learn to master the most complex navigation maneuvers and become perfectly autonomous at sea! The center provides you with excellent quality supervision and fleet to learn in the best conditions of comfort and safety.

Centre Nautique de Douarnenez Windsurf offers you a progressive approach towindsurfing!

The windsurfing courses and lessons take place on Sables Blancs beach in Douarnenez. They are accessible to everyone, including children aged 8 and over. The courses and internships combine theory and practice, and are adapted to your level:

• Initiation: Discover the basics of windsurfingon theExocet Cruiser windsurf board, ideal for beginners. Safety and first technical notions on the program.
• Improvement 1: consolidate your knowledge and perfect your different maneuvers. The hardware offered is Phantom or Bic Core 293.
• Improvement 2: intensive practice of sport sailing onPhantom type boards.

Douarnenez Nautical Center Boat Trip takes you to sea on a Sardinière Rowboat!

A true reconstruction of atraditional boat from the last century, the sardine boat Telenn Morcan take up to 10 people on an unforgettable trip departing from the Port of Tréboul.

Children and adults are welcome. In addition, the sardine boat dates from before the arrival of engines on boats, everyone will have the opportunity to participate in the different maneuvers.

Theskipperwho accompanies you is a true enthusiast of sailing in a sardine boat and will tell you many anecdotes about the life of sailors of the time as well as the use of these boats to veil.

You can also enjoy the sea trip on other supports adapted to people with reduced mobility or Goëlette for example.
