CESM Saint-Florent, the Sailing and Scuba Diving School of Haute Corsica.

For more than 60 years, the School has been teaching the pleasures of nautical activities to vacationers, as well as enthusiasts.

It is a sports association which allows you to recharge your batteries and take a big bowl of well-being to relax in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Their instructors offer you moments of relaxation over half-days, including half-board, and up to full-board stays over several days.

CESM Saint-Florent Ecoles Nautiques teaches you navigation!

You have the choice between several types of boats:

• The catamaran : learn the basics of aerodynamics, balance and how to maneuver a catamaran according to the rules of the art. The school's instructors will be able to teach you the theory, practice and technical vocabulary related to catamaran navigation.
• The monohull dinghy: This boat requires a slightly more technical approach than that reserved for the catamaran. However, you can only have fun and enjoy learning to manage it. Sail adjustment, hydrodynamics… learning the art of sailing is a real well of knowledge.

The instructors, regardless of your level, will know how to progress at your pace in order to guarantee you concrete and effective learning.

Discover the pleasure of sailing, not only during lessons, but also during raids and trips. Indeed, the center offers you the opportunity to go on a bivouac adventure in breathtaking landscapes.

CESM Saint-Florent Plongée offers you a short stroll beneath the surface.

The center is perfectly equipped in terms of equipment. Several boats, adapted to their center and to the practice of diving, are available.

Compressor, variable capacity bottles and holders are at your disposal for practice in the best possible conditions. All personal equipment is provided to you. All you need to do is bring glasses and a bath towel!

You will have the choice between numerous dive sites, which range from 3 meters depths to less accessible places at almost 60 meters. Depending on what you are looking to observe, they will be able to recommend one site or another.

Baptism and training are accessible to all. However, children must be over 10 years old. The course will, however, require a medical certificate attesting to good general health in order for you to discover this activity without risk.

CESM Saint-Florent Windsurf introduces you to windsurfing.

Windsurfing is accessible to everyone, and if you decide to start this practice (if you haven't already done so!), they will know how to start teaching from 0, so that you understand all the basics.

Nothing intrinsically complicated, the activity is much more accessible than surfing.

A few balance exercises will be offered to you. They will explain to you how to stand on the board, how to raise the sail and play with the wind.

In less than an hour, you will taste the joys of skiing. Beware of addiction! This practice will give you adrenaline rushes and shocks of pleasure that will quickly make you addicted!

An instructor will support you and advise you throughout your learning. It will adapt to your pace for progression without any hassle. Once back on the ground, all you will think about is repeating the experience as quickly as possible!

With a little more practice, you can move on to learning to freeride. Develop your technique and style: speed and sensations await you!
