Want to immerse yourself in the conviviality of a professional center on a human scale? Welcome to Côté Plongée!

The center is open 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.. Once there, its team of enthusiasts will invite you to come and discover, or rediscover, the following activities:

• Diving: From 8 years old, Côté Plongée offers first-time diving, diving training, exploration dives... Antibes, Juan les Pins, Golf Juan, Cannes within reach of your fins!
• Kayak: Rental of 1 or 2 seater boat of your choice. Cap d'Antibes is an ideal place to come and have fun on the water! Remember to book a few days in advance!

All facets of diving taught in one club! Initiation, international training of all levels, exploration...

Indeed, diving is not a single discipline, but a set of disciplines that bring together:

• Orientation: take on the challenge of orientation in the marine environment.
• Deep diving : this practice requires great experience and good knowledge of safety rules.
• Marine biology: Study the flora and fauna that teem beneath the surface.
• Night diving: Marine animals are not the same day and night. Make new discoveries.
• Nitrox : For more comfortable dives.
• First aid and training : to make it a career.

All these activities are available at the club, where experienced instructors will be happy to teach you all the theory and take you to practice, whatever your project.

Diving is accessible to children aged 8 and over. This is why the club will offer them specific equipment that will allow them to enjoy the experience in complete safety.

Come explore the Baie des Anges, the Cannes coast... by taking advantage of the kayak rentals offered by this small professional structure where conviviality is always there!

The premises of Côté Plongée Kayak are located "right on the water" in the town of Antibes.

• Rental includes: Kayaks, paddles, life jackets and a safety briefing before your departure.
• The setting for your walk: Cap d'Antibes, the cliffs of the Eden Roc hotel... You can also land on a small wild beach to picnic or relax!

Reserving kayaks is not obligatory but is strongly recommended for large groups.
