Departure from Montignac :

• Journey to Thonac, approximately 2 hours (8 kilometers)
• Route to Saint Léon, approximately 3 hours (12 kilometers)
• Route to La roque Saint Christophe, approximately 4 hours (17 kilometers)

Enjoy a Kayak experience with family or with colleagues. You can choose between 3 types of courses, each with different characteristics, but all suitable for all levels:

• Montignac – Thonac : Route over a distance of 8 kilometers, for an approximate duration of 2 hours.
• Montignac – Saint Léon : Route over a distance of 12 kilometers, for an approximate duration of 3 hours.
• Montignac – La Roque Saint Christophe: Route covering a distance of 17 kilometers, for an approximate duration of 4 hours.

Once your route has been chosen, all you have to do is take the equipment that Kanoak Kayak will provide you with (Kayak, life jacket and paddles, waterproof bag) and start the adventure!

Insurance will also be provided to you, so that you can carry out the activity with complete peace of mind.
