The Canyoning is a way of descending the torrents and different canyons of the region thanks to the use of technique of rope, swimming and de-climbing… an ideal cocktail of sport and adventure for an adventure in the great outdoors.

Accessible to all: young and old, novices and experienced, you simply need to find the Canyoning formulathat best suits your level and your desires.

There are around 350 canyons in the Southern Alps region... a real playground for lovers of sensations and adventure! There are all kinds, and depending on the objective of each of you, you can choose:

Rafting is a sliding sportwhich will allow you to descend many alpine rivers in groups of 6 to 10 people(depending on the rivers). Rafting is accessible to everyone, whatever your level (beginner or advanced), you simply need to know how to swim.

The Raft (inflatable boat) is a stable and fun boat, but you must not forget that even if you feel "safe", know that the The boat can turn around and put you all swimming!

Mailhé Benjamin Rafting offers you 3 different routes through several Alpine rivers, all adapted according to your level, your desires and the levels of the waterways:

• Discovery trail: Durance, Isère, Ubaye, Dranses...
  
• Advanced courses: Guil, Guisanne, Ubaye, Dranses, Doron, Dora baltea...
  
• Sports courses: Ubaye, Dora, Guil, Doron...

Mailhé Benjamin Hydrospeed invites you to descend the water currents of the Southern Alps in an original way!

Hydrospeed, a 100% French sport, was originally used by cavers to get out of underground rivers.

You will descend the rivers at the leveltaking advantage of all the water movements thanks to a foam float (sled), a pair of fins, a helmet and a neoprene wetsuit . Hydrospeedis the means that allows the most contact with the environment!

Mailhé Benjamin Hydrospeed offers you Hydrospeed formulas adapted to all levels and desires so that you can all enjoy the activity:

Mailhé Benjamin Parapente takes you to fly in the sky of the Southern Alps!

The department of Hautes-Alpes has many assets: the nature of the climate, the diversity of sites, the beauty of the scenery that surrounds you, protection from meteorological winds and, what's more, etc.

Paragliding is accessible to all, Mailhé Benjamin Parapente offers you paragliding packages adapted to you and your desires. It's up to you to choose the formula that suits you best, namely:

Two-seater flights and discovery days

• Descent flight : height difference of 600 to 700 meters for children and people afraid of flying.
• Flight duration: 20 minutes of flight over the Serre-Ponçon lake.
• Piloting flight: 30 minutes of flight where you will learn to pilot!
• Flight ride: 1 hour of thermal flight and short aerial ride.
