• Hydrospeed: enjoy a relatively physical activity in the heart of the river

• MTB: After a warm-up, you will set off on a downhill course in the heart of the Verdon by mountain bike!

Waterfalls, slides, pots… Welcome to Montagne et Rivière Canyoning !

Canyoning corresponds to a progression in the bed of a torrent, it is thus possible to play with white water currents, to perform jumps, to slide on natural slides… A real entertainment for all!

Mountain and River Canyoning invites you to discover the Gorges du Verdon through the following routes:

• Le Haut Jarbon: ½ Day, 2 hours of descent, come and discover a local "geological" pearl. Easy and accessible canyon from 7 years old. Ideal for families!
• Le Riolan: Day, 5h30 of descent, very aquatic and fun canyon. One of the most beautiful canyon in France!
• La Clue de St Auban: ½ Day, 2h30 of descent, very aquatic and fun canyon: Jumps, slides, zip line…

The center will provide you with technical material and personal equipment approved to safety standards. Concerned about your comfort and safety, all equipment is regularly checked and maintained.

rafting is one of the many mountain and river specialties! The professionals of the center take you to the Verdon in an activity accessible to all.

Many rafting routes are organized on the Verdon, from discovery to extreme rafting for the more athletic:

• Discovery trail : accessible from 10 years old. You leave from Castellane to Chasteuil for 1h30 on the waves!
• Pont de Soleil : accessible from 10 years old. 2h descent to Pont de Soleil
• La Dégoulinante : accessible from 10 years old. 2h30 of navigation to Carajuan
• L'Intégrale : accessible from 12 years old. 3h30 of navigation to the Samson Corridor
• The Day : accessible from 12 years old. This day trip includes a picnic break by the water!

In case of high flow, the minimum age is subject to change. Do not hesitate to consult the company for the current terms.

All the equipment will be provided to you, as well as the shuttles taking you back to the starting point after the activity! In addition, a guide accompanies you in the boat during each descent.

Montagne et Rivière Hydrospeed invites you to come and fill up on sensations in Castellane!

Come and practice hydrospeed on the Verdon ! This activity is the most physical of all whitewater activities.
The center offers routes depending on the water releases:

• half-day route (from 12 years old except high flow): this route is established between Carajuan and the Samson Corridor, approximately 6 kilometers of descent.
• half-day route in Haute Rivière
• day trip on the high river

It is compulsory to know how to swim and to be in good health to practice hydrospeed in the best conditions. The Haute Rivière courses are accessible from 16 years old.

For your safety, you will be fully equipped: from the wetsuit to the fins, including the helmet and the float allowing you to surf and play with the different currents!

Mountain and River Veló Vtt offers you an adventure in the heart of the Verdon.

You will have the opportunity to rent high quality equipment, with helmets, gloves and repair kit to practice in the best conditions.

The instructors take you on a bus ride to the heights of Verdon. Once in place, you will enjoy a safety briefing on the progress of the activity.

You will enjoy a warm-up course, before embarking on a downhill mountain biking session in the fabulous setting of the Gorges du Verdon. The descent is fun, without falling into the extreme, and you will enjoy sensations and the great outdoors! The instructors adapt to the group level!

Mountain and River Parcours Aventure , invites you to come and discover the Verdon gorges in an unusual way!

You will be equipped with the necessary equipment for the practice of the adventure course in a natural environment (helmet, harness ...) The instructors will accompany you on the different courses and will teach you the different techniques allowing you to evolve on the course!

Mountain and River Parcours Aventure offers you:

• La Beaume aux Pigeons: ½ Day, 2 hours of activity, abseils, zip lines, at the entrance to the Gorges du Verdon!
• Main Morte: ¾ Day, 3 hours of activity, abseils, zip lines, in the heart of the Verdon gorges!
