Waterfalls, slides, pots… Welcome to Montagne et Rivière Canyoning!

Canyoning corresponds to progression in the bed of a torrent, it is thus possible to play with the currents of white water, to make jumps, to slide down natural slides... Real entertainment for all!

Mountain and River Canyoning offers you the discovery of the Verdon Gorges through the following routes:

• Le Haut Jarbon: ½ day, 2 hours of descent, come and discover a “geological” pearl of the area. Canyon easy and accessible from 7 years old. Ideal for families!
• Le Riolan: Day, 5h30 descent, very aquatic and fun canyon. One of the most beautiful canyons in France!
• La Clue de St Auban: ½ day, 2h30 descent, very aquatic and fun canyon: Jumps, slides, zip line…

The center will provide you with technical material and individual equipment approved to safety standards. Concerned about your comfort and safety, all equipment is regularly checked and maintained.

rafting is one of the many specialties of Montagne et Rivière! The center's professionals take you to the Verdon in an activity accessible to everyone.

Many rafting courses are organized on the Verdon, from discovery to extreme rafting for the more sporty:

• Discovery trail: accessible from 10 years old. You leave from Castellane to Chasteuil for 1h30 on the waves!
• Pont de Soleil : accessible from 10 years old. 2 hours of descent to Pont de Soleil
• La Dégoulinante: accessible from 10 years old. 2h30 navigation to Carajuan
• The Complete: accessible from 12 years old. 3h30 navigation to the Samson Corridor
• The Day: accessible from 12 years old. This day trip includes a picnic break at the water’s edge!

In case of large flow, the minimum age is likely to change. Do not hesitate to consult the company to find out the current terms and conditions.

All the equipment will be provided to you, as well as the shuttles taking you back to the starting point after the activity! In addition, a guide accompanies you in the boat during each descent.

Montagne et Rivière Hydrospeed invites you to come and fill up on sensations atCastellane!

Come practice hydrospeed on the Verdon! This activity is the most physical of all white water activities.
The center offers you routes based on water releases:

• Half-day route (from 12 years old except heavy flow): this route is established between Carajuan and the Samson Couloir, i.e. approximately 6 kilometers of descent.
• Half-day tour in Haute Rivière
• day trip on the high river

It is mandatory to know how to swim and be in good health to practice hydrospeed in the best conditions. The courses in Haute rivière are accessible from 16 years old.

For your safety, you will be fully equipped: from the wetsuit to the fins, including the helmet and the float allowing you to surf and play with the different currents!

Mountain and River Veló Vtt offers you an adventure in the heart of the Verdon.

You will have the opportunity to rent high quality equipment, with helmets, gloves and repair kit to practice in the best conditions.

The instructors take you on a bus climb to the heights of Verdon. Once there, you will benefit from a safety briefing on how the activity will take place.

You will enjoy a warm-up course, before embarking on a session of downhill mountain biking in the fabulous setting of the Gorges du Verdon. The descent is fun, without falling into the extreme, and will allow you to enjoy sensations and the great outdoors! The instructors adapt to the level of the group!

Mountain and River Adventure Course, invites you to come and discover the Verdon gorges in an unusual way!

You will be equipped with the equipment necessary for practicing the adventure course in a natural environment (helmet, harness, etc.) The instructors will accompany you on the different courses and will teach you the different techniques allowing you to progress on the course!

Mountain and River Parcours Aventure offers you:

• La Beaume aux Pigeons: ½ day, 2 hours of activity, rappels, zip lines, at the entrance to the Gorges du Verdon!
• Main Morte: ¾ Day, 3 hours of activity, rappels, zip lines, in the heart of the Verdon gorges!
