Cano-Raft discovery on the Ubaye 1/2 day

Departing from the high mountain village of Vars, you will meet your instructor who will accompany you throughout the crossing. Experienced and professional, he will explain all the safety instructions you need to know, especially if it is your first time.

On the program, thrills and adrenaline aboard this raft on a class II to III on VI area of the river. Arm yourself with your paddles and enjoy a current that will take you down with speed. Your guide will help you understand the waves and the rapids. The waterfalls and the current will give you strong sensations that you will have difficulty controlling!
You will need to demonstrate good team spirit and coordination to avoid your cano-Raft turning over. Over approximately 10 km of descent, you will appreciate sometimes the beauty of the landscapes, sometimes the intensity of this river.

But you don't need to be a top athlete to doCano-Raft. You will only need to know how to swim and be able to submerge yourself.
