Stand Up Paddle Surf, a new activity to try without hesitation! Its principle is simple, standing on a surfboard you will move in complete serenity and to the rhythm of your paddle.

This activity is accessible to everyone and will give you an incredible feeling of freedom and relaxation after a few minutes on the water. Terre et Rivière d’Olt SUP offers you the following packages:

• Walk option: a short introductory stroll and off we go for some good laughs on the water.
• Fitness option: the SUP will make you work from the toes to the back of your neck, all surrounded by a magnificent landscape and assisted by a state-certified instructor.

Are you in Aveyron and want to enjoy a white water sport? Come and take part in a group rafting session with the center.

The raft is a large inflatable boat on which you will board in groups of 8 people to descend the Lot rapids.

You will be accompanied on this adventure by a state-certified guide from the center. This will adapt your itinerary according to your level, the profile of your group as well as all your wishes. He will be there to guide the boat in thrilling moments, and will give you real advice on how to paddle in tumultuous waters!

“Discovery Rafting” or “Downhill Rafting”, the choice is yours! The routes vary in duration depending on your desire for adventure. A day trip with a picnic break is planned!

All the equipment necessary for the activity and for your safety will be provided to you once you arrive. To provide: closed shoes and swimsuit.
