ESF La Rosière awaits you in the friendly and family atmosphere of the resort.

You will get your fill of snow sports in the different activities offered by the School. The instructors will welcome you for:

Participants are welcomed whatever their level since the courses are organized by level and age groups. In terms of activities, children are not forgotten since the esf dedicates an area specially designed for them so that they can learn the pleasures of skiing in complete safety.

Discover the ski lessons adapted to your level: from the perfect beginner who has never put on skis to the advanced skier wishing to benefit from an improvement session...

You will find:

• Children's ski lessons: from 3 years old, children can learn to ski and progress through the different levels up to competition lessons
• Adult ski lessons: From the age of 14 it is possible to take part in adult lessons. From initial level to freestyle, you will benefit from lessons or courses of 6 sessions to learn to ski with monos!

To learn optimally, you will also have the opportunity to practice during private lessons. Heliskiingoraccompanied off-piste services.

ESF La Rosière invites you to start and practice snowboardingthanks to a program of 6 sessions adapted to your level.

From the age of 8, it is possible to start snowboarding. Whatever your level, you will discover how to master the board and move through the slopes of La Rosière.

The center will allow you to start in the best conditions and learn up to 3rd snowboarding. You will benefit from lessons in La Rosière, but also in Eucherts if you prefer.

The program reserved for you is designed in a fun way to learn while having fun, while building a good foundation. Over 6 sessions, i.e. a week of lessons, you will have plenty to enjoy on the slopes and feel comfortable snowboarding.

ESF La Rosière takes you on asnowshoe outing in the heart of the mountain.
You will set off in the company of an instructor to meet the mountain! The guide takes you on different itineraries adapted to your level, and will help you discover the region gently.

You will discover:

• The discovery outing : an ideal adventure for beginners who want to get their fill of gentle adventure. 2 hours of walking awaits you, snowshoes on your feet.
• Themed half day: Various circuits will be offered to you, with a specific theme to explore for 2h30 to 3h30 (water and forest, Wildlife in winter, Villages of Ste Foy and heritage...)
• Day snowshoe outings: experience the great escape in Mont Combottier, Le Monal...

In addition to the mountain landscapes, your guide will introduce you to the traditions of the region, the villages and their inhabitants.

TheESF La Rosière Ski de Fondteaches you or perfects the technique of cross-country skiing.

Nature lovers increasingly appreciate this winter sport which combines technique and pleasure in unparalleled mountainous landscapes.

Cross-country skiing is part of the Nordic skiing branch. Supervised by an instructor, set off to explore the area of the resort which will amaze you. The specialists in this sport will teach you the technique that best meets your expectations and will be able to advise you between:

• Alternative step: This is the classic technique which is based on a more or less “market” step technique and is accessible to everyone.
• Skating: This step is more technical and is also called “the skater’s step”

TheESF La Rosière Handiskiwelcomes you whatever your level.

Snow sports are accessible to everyone in the resort's ski area. The School has equipment adapted and approved for the elderly or disabled people, whatever their age and disability.

The equipment is loaned under conditions for the duration of the courses.

In addition to this, specialized instructors will supervise skiers of any level. Whether it is an introduction to board sports or an improvement, the team will adapt to your needs in a cheerful, comfortable and safe atmosphere.
