The Bureau des Guides des Pyrénées Ariégeoises (BGPA) has been welcoming many of you since 2004 in the Midi-Pyrénées.

Located more precisely in the department of Ariège, they offer you a wide variety of activities and destinations throughout the year!

The BGPA is a group of enthusiasts and state-certified specialists in mountain activities who aim to share with you their passion for outdoor sports.

Come and enjoy sporting and fun activities with family, friends or colleagues in a fun and friendly atmosphere. You will spend pleasant moments surrounded by breathtaking nature.

You can choose white water activities like Canyoning, mountain activities like Hiking, Climbing, caving, mountain bike rides. And finally winter activities: Snowshoes and Cross-Country Skiing.

These seal skin hikes (special ski for this type of hike) will allow you to discover the snow-covered mountain, far from civilization and crowds!

You will enjoy silent spaces that will let you discover the mountain in an original way and in all its splendor.

You will be supervised by a state-certified professional guide who will guide your steps through the Ariege mountains, very suitable for seal skin hikes.

The Pyrenees Ariégeoises Cross-Country Ski Guides Bureau offers several cross-country skiing packages for your greatest pleasure:

• Mini-raid ski touring 2 days: introduction to raid
• 5 days of skiing in the mountains: ski raid in Encantats

Go on an adventure in winter with the Bureau des Guides des Pyrénées Ariégeoises Snowshoes!

When the snow arrives, traveling in the mountains becomes complicated: go discovery off the marked trails of the local ski resorts.

For your greatest pleasure, the Bureau des Guides des Pyrénées Ariégeoises Snowshoesoffers you to enjoy this unique and fun activity whatever your level:

• LEVEL 0: you will go on a snowshoe hike with family or friends at your own pace, taking long contemplative breaks if you wish. li>
• LEVEL 1 : “Discovery” hike with a heritage focus. The height difference as well as the walking time are a little more demanding than at level 0.
• LEVEL 2 : Snowshoe hiking "adventure trekking" which is aimed more at people in good physical condition. During the day, you will often experience altitude differences of more than 700 meters.
• LEVEL 3 : Snowshoe hiking which is aimed at people looking to complete longer and more technical routes. The BGPA Snowshoesrecommends a level 2 outing so that you can assess yourself before starting level 3.

The Bureau des Guides des Pyrénées Ariégeoises Vélo VTT invites you to come and discover the tracks and trails of the Haute Ariège region.

Come and enjoy a MTB bike ridewith family, friends or colleagues. You will be supervised by a state-certified instructor from the club who will share his knowledge of the field and his experience with you.

You will ride on routes specially selected for their descending profiles and adapted to all levels, namely:

• Level 1 : Downhill mountain biking - The Orlu valley.
• Level 3: cocktail downhill mountain biking and downhill from Le Chioula.
• Level 4: mountain bike descent from the Plateau de Beille.
  
• 3D star stay: mountain biking stay in Haute Ariège.

You will enjoy unique sensations without much effort (you still need to know how to control the bike)!

The Bureau des Guides des Pyrénées Ariégeoises Escaladeinvites you to come climb and evolve in the vertical world of the mountains of the Pyrenees.

Climbingis an activity accessible to all: young and old, beginners or experienced, etc. You will find a formula suited to you!

Ariège is the leading department in the Midi-Pyrénées region in terms of equipment, long routes and climbing schools strong>as well as sports sites.

Come climb with family, friends or colleagues, you will enjoy more than 70 kilometers of routesin the region!

The Bureau des Guides des Pyrénées Ariégeoises Escalade offers you courses for all levels, namely:

• Level 1 : spend a half day of initiation on the Forest Bouldering School, the Rock School of Ariège-Pyrénées and Escaladax.
  
• Level 2 : go for a full day of climbing on the Rocher École d'Ariège-Pyrénées, the Dent d'Orlu Special(East face), the Longues Voies d'Ariège Pyrénées. You can also go for 3 days of emotions with the Cles de Progression course.
• Level 3 : the Dent d’Orlu, the Enfants de la Dalle will be your Climbing destination.
  Organized 5-day stay of improvement and autonomy on the main routes.
