Monté Médio Hydrospeed offers you two Whitewater Swimming formulas which adapt to you for your greatest pleasure:

• Hydrospeed Initiation : in Tarentaise, you will make a descent without being too rushed through the Haute-Isère (from 13 years old). 10 kilometers of descent from Bourg-Saint-Maurice to Gothard (swimming in class 2-3).
• Hydrospeed Improvement : in Tarentaise, you will set off on a more sporty route through the Haute-Isère (from 13 years old). 15 kilometers of descent from Bourg-Saint-Maurice to the Aime rapids(swimming in class 3-4).
