• On the water: you will be spoiled for choice with different water activities that you can do on the Durance , the Guil, the Ubaye or the Verdon. On the program: Rafting, Canoraft, Kayak, white water swimming (Hydrospeed)or even Airboat … Something to suit everyone’s tastes and colors.
  
• By bike: By mountain bike, electric or not, practice mountain biking in the high mountains. You will discover the magnificent landscapes of Vars in the Durance Valley. You also have the possibility of doing descents on equipped slopes. Outside of the winter period, the resort's ski slopes are ideal for enjoying the panoramic view.
  
• In the air: It's Edouard who will help you discover the beautiful sensations of the Height Acrobatic Course (PAH). You will evolve in the acrobatic park Indiana Forest in Vars where you can experience superb adventures in the mountains!
  
• On foot: For anyone who wants to take their time, Julien also offers hiking. This is the perfect activity to enjoy the breathtaking landscapes of the Hautes-Alpes. It’s a fantastic experience for families. Little ones will have the chance to discover the emblematic animals of the mountain thanks to the Ibex and Raptors trail.

Whatever your level, these three professionals hold a university degree in the animation and management of outdoor sporting, physical and cultural activities as well as a state certificateof sports education will be able to adapt to your needs. Located 40 minutes from Lake Serre-Ponçon and the Italian border, in the mountain resort of Vars, you will discover the pleasures outdoor activities.

There, you will be welcomed by Cyril and Benoit, with whom you can do the activity. With more than 10 years of experience, they will be able to understand your requests and meet your needs.

Whether you are with family or friends, you will go and spend a moment of pure pleasure, between laughs and sensations which will allow you to relax and recharge your batteries. Thanks to the plurality of their routes, you are sure to find the one that suits you from different rivers.

• The Durance: Perfect for all levels, you will leave for an experience of approximately 1 hour 45 minutes accessible to all. You will spend a friendly time while enjoying the landscapes on this emblematic waterway of the South-East.
• The Guil: This is the most sporty course! It is intended for everyone who wants to experience it at 200%. Between the beauty of the surroundings and the thrills, you will come out with stars in your eyes.
• L'Ubaye: Perfect mix between sensations and discovery, this route is aimed at all those looking for a compromise between sporting activity and tourism. It is aimed at everyone and will delight young and old!

40 minutes from the Italian border and the Lake of Serre-Ponçon, you will go for a canyoning activity in a fabulous setting. Thanks to the charm and beauty of the mountain landscapes, it is an ideal place forwater hiking!

Departing from the Vallée du Couleau, you will leave for 1/2 day of pure pleasure in the French Alps. Accessible to all, this course is suitable for both young and old.
