Sports rafting on the Ubaye 1/2 day

Do you like intense sensations ? Have you tried rafting before and loved the sensations?

How about spending half a day aboard these inflatable boats on the Ubaye? Small river in the Alpes de Hautes Provence, you will enjoy a breathtaking landscape in rapids that will make you feel sensations out of the ordinary.

Barely 40 minutes from Lac de Serre-Ponçon and the border with our Italian neighbours, the team will be waiting for you in the small winter resort of Vars. There, you will meet your guide who will provide you with helmets, floatation vests and of course the paddles to enjoy this aquatic activity in the best conditions.

Are you ready ? So, arm yourself with your paddles and enjoy the sensations of the descent. Your instructor, an experienced professional, will guide you throughout the crossing. It will help you tame these class III/IV currents on VI. Fill up on sensations, with family or friends.

Upstream, you will fully enjoy the beauty of the mountainous landscapes. You will marvel at the jewels of nature. Then, downstream will give way to a adrenaline rush thanks to a more sporty route.
This course is nonetheless accessible to any sporty person who will be able to tame the power of the waves of the Ubaye.

Good to know:

• Take with you a swimsuit, a bath towel and closed sports sneakers to make the most of this rafting activity.
