The center offers many activities to practice during your vacation, or simply for a day to spice up your weekend!
Whitewater activities are accessible to the widest public. The easiest outings are possible from the age of 6. You will discover, with your family or friends:

Rafting: in the Aude valley, go down a steep river and discover jumps and thrills on white water.
Canyoning: Launch yourself into mountain torrents, equipped with specialized equipment and accompanied by a Haute Rivière guide!
Hydrospeed: discover white water swimming on the Aude and enjoy a unique wave identical to those found at sea!
Canoe Raft : Sail on a mountain river aboard a two-seater inflatable canoe that recreates the sensations of professional kayaking for novices, but also for athletes!
Kayaking: Without constraints, from discovery to technical course, enjoy a kayaking session in mountain torrent on an aquatic route adapted to your level.

White water activities benefit from the setting! Carried out in a mountain environment, they always offer you wild landscapes bursting with natural beauty! Description of Aude Rafting Canoeing

Come discover and practice canoe rafting, a mix of canoe kayak and raftingto enjoy the pleasures of white water in complete safety.

Go to the Gorges de St Georges by canoe raft and descend the rapids of the Aude on a given route. The center offers:

A canoe raft discovery course: discover the activity during a session enhanced with practical exercises and a 7 km descent
A sporting course : Outing in the heart of the Pierre Lys Défilé, where you will begin the course in complete tranquility to build up to a crescendo in technicality and sensations.
The complete : the accumulation of the two routes previously indicated.

Thecanoe raftis done in two-seater. You therefore board the inflatable boat with a loved one. However, a guide will accompany you during the descent, whatever the route chosen. Only one condition: know how to swim!

Description of Aude Rafting Kayaking

The kayak is the ideal boat for enjoying the white water descent. Take advantage of various routes on the Aude and take advantage of the professional advice of state-certified instructors to get started on the river.
Whitewater kayaking with Aude Rafting is accessible from 8 years old. Indeed, the center offers discovery of kayaking sessions on the Aude rapids. The instructors will teach you, during a technical briefing, the maneuvers to carry out as well as the safety axes to respect, before taking you on a 1h45 descent from the Gorges de St Georges.

The more experienced will enjoy a sporty kayaking session. This service is open to anyone over 14 years old and will allow you to enjoy a unique and complete adventure: theoretical briefing, practical safety session and sporty descent over 2 kilometers!

It is of course essential to know how to swim to practice white water kayaking. In addition, you will benefit from practice and safety equipment directly on site: wetsuit, helmet, flotation vest, etc.

Description of Aude Rafting Canyoning

Come explore the world of white water sports, and in particular canyoning in Aude!

The center's professional instructors will take you to different canyons, located in the Pyrénées Orientales and Haute Garonne:

Canyons of Galamus
Arlos Canyon
Llech Canyon
Oô Canyon

The duration of the descent varies depending on the canyon. The easiest, that of the Galamus, will allow you to enjoy 2 hours in the water and will allow you to come with your family to enjoy the adventure, since children can venture there from the age of 6.

Other canyons, less initiation-based, will allow you to enjoy abseiling under waterfalls and impressive jumps. Jumps are however not obligatory, in case you slip away when jumping!

The instructors will be able to advise you based on your experience and your sporting level. So take advantage of this activity, while benefiting from an exceptional setting between greenery and natural swimming pools.

The center welcomes families, groups of friends, holiday resorts and businesses on a white water rafting adventure. You will leave for the Gorges de St Georges for an adventure depending on your level thanks to the different routes offered:

Discovery rafting: accessible from the age of 6, this is the ideal course for a first rafting experience.
Sports rafting: after a leisurely start at the start of the course, you take on technical passages, slopes and jumps! Accessible from 12 years old.
Full rafting: Combination of the two previous courses, these 14 km of descent will delight the most intrepid among you!

Experience rafting in the heart of the Pyrenees in the company of the center's professionals. 3 departures are organized per day. You will be equipped with all the necessary equipment for a 100% safe descent.

Description of Aude Rafting Hydrospeed

Hydrospeed is one of the favorite activities of white water enthusiasts, and Aude Rafting's professional guides will take you on a spectacular route in the heart of the Eastern Pyrenees.

Experience the movements of water as close as possible to the river during this extraordinary activity.

Two types of routes will be offered to you:

Hydrospeed discovery : The guides take you to the Gorges de la Pierre Lys, for a technical briefing on the descent, followed by a 5 km course on the Aude. Fining, skimming, surfing the waves, exercises with the float... you will discover the secrets of white water swimming right in the river! You must be at least 8 years old and know how to swim to enjoy the activity.
Sports Hydrospeed : This descent will allow you to discover the maneuvers that can be done with the float, and to put them to good use on this sporting course ending on a unique wave on the surface of which you can enjoy the joys of surfing in a prone position. This session is possible provided you know how to swim and are over 12 years old.

You can also combine these two courses in a row for 2 hours of water sports!
