The canoe raft will allow you to enjoy the pleasure of white water in complete autonomy.

The canoe raft is a relatively easy boat to handle. Self-bailing, open and inflatable, it will allow you to experience the sensations of white water without prior technical knowledge.

A Guide leaves with you during the descent, in his own boat to advise you or help you if necessary. You will find different formulas:

• Discovery canoe raft: perfect for starting out on a relatively calm current and enjoying a few rough passages
• Initiation: 2.5 hours of paddling under the advice of the guide to learn to sail!
• Complete Verdon: From Castellane to the Gorges du Verdon!
• Canoe raft day: White water and fun on the Verdon for 4.5 hours of activity
• Sports trails: Head towards Vésubie to enjoy a tumultuous descent!

Accompanied by the center's qualified facilitators, you will enjoy an exceptional adventure in:

• La Clue du Haut Jabron : this canyoning adventure will allow you to discover the activity, even on a small budget! Families are welcome
• La Clue de Saint Auban: Between discovery and sporting outing, this course will appeal to both beginners and experienced enthusiasts.
• The Riolan Canyon: Get your fill of adventure in one of the most beautiful canyons in the region. 5 hours of aquatic and sporty descent awaits you!
• The Ravin de Mainmorte and the Verdon: Dry canyon which will help you discover the hidden and unusual corners of the Verdon
• The Lance Canyon: sports course for the day with varied passages (water, abseiling, slides, jumps, swimming, etc.)

Come and practicerafting in the Verdon!

The center's professional instructors will take you to discover theVerdon Gorges in Rafting.
If you have never practiced, you will be able to start gently, thanks to:

• Discovery Rafting Verdon: outing accessible to beginners and families. You leave from Castellane for 1h30
• Rafting Introduction: 2h30 challenge to get used to the technique and have a good time

For a little more challenge, you can try:

• The complete Verdon : A real whitewater session, the descent of the Verdon will give you 3 hours of great adventure!
• Day rafting: Combine the pleasure of a white water sport and relaxation in the great outdoors! A real escape awaits you for 4.5 hours and takes place throughout the day
• Sports courses : The center offers sessions on La Tinée or La Vésubie for a real sporting moment.

rafting is the best known of inflatables, and the activity lives up to its reputation. Don’t hesitate to come and try it and have an unforgettable time in Castellane!

Aqua Viva Est takes you to practice hydrospeed in the famous Verdon Gorges. Renowned for their beauty and for their appeal for white water sports, the Verdon Gorges will seduce you when it comes topracticing hydrospeed.

The center's instructors offer you a formula allowing you to practice hydrospeed without constraints. The equipment is provided to you, as are insurance and supervision. All you have to do is put on your neoprene suit, fins, and grab thehydrospeed floatfor a 6 km descent from Carajuan to the Samson Couloir.

You will benefit from the guide's advice on how to take the currents well and surf the waves! You will be able to slip through the rapids and do some technical movements previously learned during a little initiation before launching into the canyon!

A shuttle will take you back to the starting point at the end of the route. The descent is accessible from 14 years old!

Aqua Viva Est takes youclimbing in the magnificent landscapes of the Verdon!

The center's instructors invite you to go climbing in the natural landscapes of the Grand Canyon of the Verdon! Depending on your experience, you will go to initiation sites or to the Grandes Voies:

The introduction to climbing sessions will allow you to discover the basics of climbing (gestures, rope techniques, belaying, etc.) The equipment is provided (helmet, harness, ropes) as well as that the framing...

As for theGrandes Voies, the center offers walls that can reach 300 meters in height! The instructors are specialists in the terrain and will know how to take you to the most beautiful climbing spots around Castellane.

Aqua Viva Est invites you to go on awalk or hike in the heart of the Verdon!

The hikes range from a simplefamily strollto a real sporting excursion! You will benefit for example:
- From a half-day hike : go on easy hikes, suitable for Sunday walkers and families! 2.5 to 3.5 hours of walks that will delight young and old alike!

- From a day hike: Discover the best of the Verdon Gorges through the Sentier Martel, Imbut or Rancoumas! The guides take you on natural discoveries of geology, local fauna and flora! Experience 5 to 6 hours of somewhat sporty discovery!

In both cases, you benefit from qualified supervision thanks to specialist instructors in the field.

The Verdon is full of passages with incredible panoramas, accessible to all, such as the Lézard trail, the Fisherman trail...

Aqua Viva Est offers you a sporty route and aerial on the Verdon cliffs!

The instructors offer you two sites for practicing theVia Ferrata in the heart of the Verdon:

- Half-day : come and discover theTrou du Renard! This route offers you a walk 300 meters above the ground and exceptional panoramas over the Verdon! A 50-meter zip line awaits you there as well as an impressive bridge above the void!

- For the day : Enjoy a via Ferrata for the day at the Ravin de Mainmorte. It is accessible from 14 years old and will allow you to enjoy a 5-hour aerial ride from Le Palud sur Verdon! A series of rappels, fixed ropes on the wall... come and discover this adventure playground!
