Base Sport and Nature Canoe raft takes you to discover an unforgettable aquatic activity.

Hurtle down the Gorges du Verdon, de la Vésubie, de Daluis or even the Vallée du Var, and embark on the discovery of thecanoe raft.

Three options will be offered to you:

• Canoe raft discovery
• Half-day canoe raft
• Day canoe raft trip

In a two-seater inflatable boat, you board in the company of a friend, your partner or a member of your family, and you set off on one of the rivers offered by the center. The activity is accessible from 12 years old.

Base Sport et Nature Kayaktakes you on akayak raft. The kayak raft is a clever mix between kayaking and rafting that will allow you to enjoy the sensations and maneuvers of white water in a boat that is easy to handle.

In a single-seater inflatable boat, you choose to go down:

• The Verdon: the famous Gorges du Verdon await you
• The Var: River for everyone, accessible and wonderful
• Vésubie: sports trails available
• Daluis: River also sporty to vary the pleasures

The equipment is provided to you on site, you just need to bring suitable clothing (swimsuit, towel, sneakers)

You will have the choice between two hikes in particular:

• Saint Jeannet: ideal for children as well as adults, the hike is done on a route strewn with workshops (abseiling, aerial progression, etc.) this outing is suitable for children from 8 years old

• Grès d'Annot: the hike in the faults, during which you will mix narrow passages, abseiling descents including one of 25 meters, the hike is done over half a day and is also accessible from 8 years old.

Base Sport and Nature Via Ferrata takes you on the Via Ferrata de la Demoiselle de Castagnet. This via ferrata is accessible from 12 years old, but is not recommended for people prone to vertigo. Note that you will still be accompanied by a professional who will be able to equip you and supervise you for a safe outing!

Adventurers who have the will and desire to take up the challenge will be able to enjoy a breathtaking view of the Var Valley, as well as thrills on a giant 70-meter zip line.
