What does this consist of ?

Hydrospeed also appears under the name “white water swimming”.
Using a float and a pair of fins, you descend the Aude on a route adapted to your level.

The equipment will be provided to you on site. You will have a wetsuit, a life jacket and a helmet.

Via Ferrata is a discipline between hiking and climbing. You follow a route made of metal sockets and cables on the walls of a cliff.
In other words: get ready for an extraordinary adventure!

The course is of course completely secure, for an intense, rich and safe practice.

If you have already practiced, know that there is a slightly more technical course as an alternative to the discovery course.

One of the big advantages of Oxygen Aventure Via Ferrata is the incredible setting in which this discipline is practiced.
The course is in fact located near Saint Paul de Fenouillet in the eastern Pyrenees.
